Eating healthy foods such as good mixes of fresh fruit, vegetables, grains and meats helps to keep your body at a good weight while giving you body the best nutrients it needs to work.
By eating foods that contain a lot of preservatives or have been processed a lot, high in sugars, sodium or cholesterol, this can be harmful to your bodies which can help cause cancer to grow in areas like your bowl, while also increasing the chances of other dangerous illnesses.
It can even cause unhealthy weight gain which has shown to increase the chances of you developing cancer, amongst other health issues within Indigenous Australians.
Drinking a lot of alcohol affects the health mostly of you liver and bowel. while drinking alcohol doesn't cause cancer it can help cancer to start growing.
